I’m amazed at some of the reviews here. Have these folks actually hosted with Yahoo - I see there is a review below from an individual who got involved with a company based on the reviews on this site and found that the service that he ended up buying stank.

I’ve been with these guys for three and a half years and have no complaints. Their uptime is legendary. Their financial position is solid. Their technology is proven and widely used. Some of the flakes hosting web services need to get out of the industry because when uptime stats are based on six months in the business and reviews potentially from folks who for all intents may have been working with the company the praise one can only wonder.

I’ve never called Yahoo’s tech line - because their web site building software is pretty straightforward to use - so the ratings don’t include calls. On the upside I guess I’ve never needed to call their help line either.
